1. Use a New Account to Offset the Overpay
Create a new Kickbase account and join your league.
Sell the player to this new account at the correct price.
Delete the new account after the transfer. Be sure to delete the right account, as this action cannot be undone.

2. Refund via Support (only in exceptional cases)
In cases of significant typing errors (at least 8 times the market value), we can make a refund in exceptional cases. Here's how:

  • Sell the player back to the transfer market.

  • Send us an email with your manager ID, league, and screenshots of the purchase and sale of the player.

  • We need the approval of your fellow managers or the admin. A screenshot from the league chat is usually enough.

Important note:
Transfers are final and cannot be undone. A refund is only possible if the player hasn't already been bought or bid on by another manager.
Processing may take a few days if we receive many requests.

It's best to always discuss with your league how to handle accidental overpays.
