Current players are essential for the full Kickbase experience and significantly increase fun, no doubt! ⚽

Since we use the official images of the players, we can only integrate them after the clubs' Media Days, once the official images are made available to us and approvals are granted. 📸

If you don't see any players at all, please check if your Pro or Member subscription is active. Unfortunately, amateur users do not see players. You can find this information in the app under Base settings in "Subscription."

Reinstalling the app can often help to update the players. For Android users, it's sufficient to clear the app cache and log in again.

Please understand that it may sometimes take a little longer to add a specific player. If the player was not present at the photo shoot, did not attend a makeup session, or if approval is needed, there may be delays.
