Manager mode:
If you have more points than your league mates at the end of a season, you win the championship and receive the championship trophy.

 

Challenge mode:
Here, each game day is evaluated individually and you play against all managers who have joined the challenge. If you make it to #1 - #3, you win one of the prizes!
