You can easily manage your Kickbase subscription directly in the app, and both upgrade and downgrade it. Simply go to the Base in the app and open the menu in the top left.
Step-by-step:
1. Click on "Settings" and then on "Subscription."
2. Here, you can manage your subscription and see which features are included in your current plan. You also have the option to switch from an annual subscription to a monthly one (this will take effect once your annual subscription expires).
When upgrading from Pro to a Member subscription: The amount already paid for the Pro subscription will be refunded within 30 days or within 60 days if billed through mobile billing (iOS users) or credited (Android users), and the Member features will be activated immediately!
